## rapadura admin bootstrap-token

Mint a token by opening the gateway database directly (run on the gateway host)

### Synopsis

bootstrap-token creates the user if needed and prints a token once. It exists
so the owner can operate the gateway before GitHub login is configured, and
as a break-glass path. It needs read-write access to the database file.
